1. Do you work with children/athletes/seniors?
2. Can I bring a family member with me to the appointment?
3. Do you use any special tools to monitor progress?
Our work is based on objective measurements and their comparison over time, so that recovery progress is clearly visible to the patient.
Assessment methods we use include:
Pain and well-being assessment – visual analogue pain scale, internationally recognized questionnaires for psychological self-assessment and functional condition
Joint and movement assessment – general and local functional joint tests, range of motion measurements with an inclinometer
Strength assessment – submaximal strength tests and isometric pressure measurement with a hand-held dynamometer
Return-to-sport tests – specific testing protocols for both upper and lower limbs
4. Can I purchase resistance bands or other exercise equipment on-site?
At the moment, such an option is not available, but in the coming months, it will be possible to purchase essential equipment from us to start your home exercise program without delay.
